These terms govern use of this public Meridian Gifting Co. website. Program proposals, platform accounts, purchases and fulfillment services may be governed by additional written agreements. Last updated July 29, 2026.
Website use
You may use this website to learn about Meridian services, view illustrative program experiences and submit a legitimate business inquiry. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content or use automated means in a way that disrupts normal operation.
Illustrative content
Sample brands, program dashboards, gift assortments, shipment records and invoice amounts shown on public demonstration pages are illustrative. Actual availability, pricing, timing, branding options and program terms are confirmed in a written proposal or agreement.
Orders and billing
For standard programs, invitations and unclaimed selections do not create gift charges; billing begins when an order is placed and shipped. A separate prepaid inventory arrangement may apply only when a client requests a dedicated stock hold and agrees to it in writing.
Intellectual property
The website design, copy, software and Meridian branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Client names and marks displayed in a program remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to operate or demonstrate the authorized experience.
Availability and changes
We may update this website, its content and these terms as services evolve. We work to keep public information accurate, but demonstration content is not a binding offer and the website may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance.
